Fitness is an incredibly important part of a Cyster’s life. It will make you feel better, it will help manage your PCOS symptoms, and it will help you look like a sex kitten (see photo above). There are literally zero negatives that come from working out for a Cyster. Don’t make excuses, find your fitness forte and own it. That may mean you need to try several outlets before you find what you enjoy, but make sure you find it. This is your life, your ovaries, and your baby that you will be able to have (once your ovaries are through working in that sweatshop making strings of pearls).
