I don’t know much about Shakespeare,
And I really am not fond of beer,
But pour yourself a glass of wine,
Sit in a chair and try to unwind.
Think of words that could make sense,
Past, present, and future tense,
Jumble them together and see what you get,
It’s not that hard– you’ll be rhyming yet.

As dirty as that may sound, no, that’s not what I mean when I say “cream.” I mean actual cream, as in creamer, like coffee creamer? I know we’re infertiles, but goodness, not everything is about sex and babies (though usually it is… and I guess this post kind of is too… because the whole “get happy” thing is so you and I can stop being sad about our pretty pearls. Okay you win, “cream” is totally a porno word, and no, it’s not your fault that your mind went there. Go ahead, take 30 seconds, think about sex and babies and “cream”…. okay, come back now, next paragraph).
Green. Natural. Stunning. Beauiful.
Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest differences. Like everyone else, there are days when I just feel Ugly. Ugly, Ugly, Ugly (with a capital U– as if it were my name and that’s what everyone now calls me). If I am having an Ugly day, sometimes it seems that there is nothing I can do to feel good.
Have you ever listened to Spanish music? I mean, really listened to it? On purpose? Sure, maybe a Spanglish song will come on in the car once in a while and it’s all great and cool and you like it. You memorize part of Pitbull’s most recent song and sing along “..que no pare la fiesta, don’t stop the paaaaaaarrrtyyyyy!” and feel like a million bucks because you know the Spanish part. That’s not what I’m talking about. I mean serious, completely Spanish music– not mariachi (what you hear in Mexican restaurants) but Spanish pop, rap, reggaeton and bachata. No, I’m not suggesting you find yourself a redhead– although they could make you feel happy too. I’m talking about honest-to-good, true, delicious, spicy, ginger. If you have never had the pleasure of enjoying some, you really should. You can experience it in all different ways.
Husbands will happily serve you in the tub.. you’re naked! And they’re providing you with booze! It almost always works out in their favor.
